Find the product you wish to buy
Our site has six major product areas - Cattle Products, Sheep Products, Horse Products, Pet Products, Instruments & Clothing and Gifts. You can enter each section by clicking on a section's name on the main menu bar located at the top of your computer screen. Each of these main sections has sub sections. Our Sheep Products section has four sub sections namely - Vaccines, Dips, Dosing and Nutrition & Deficiency. You can access these sub-sections by clicking on the links that appear under the grey menu bar at the top of the screen. Select colour or size of product
If applicable, please select the options for the item (eg. colour or size).
Select a quantity of the product
The quantity of a product being purchased is found located to the left of the Add to Trolley link. The default number in the quantity box for each product is one. If you wish to purchase more than one of any product change this number by left clicking on the box and typing the quantity you wish to purchase. Don't worry if you select the wrong quantity of an item at this stage, you will have an opportunity to change the quantity later on the order confirmation page.
Add the selected product to the shopping trolley
Once you have taken the above steps click on the Add to Trolley link found to the right of the item description (next to the item number and price). This will place the selected quantity of products into the Shopping Trolley.
When you place an item or items in the Shopping Trolley you will be brought to the Shopping Trolley Screen. On this page you can see the quantity of items in the trolley and the total cost of your order including shipping and packing. Beside each product listed in the Shopping Trolley you can find two links Remove and Update. If you wish to alter the quantity of a product ordered left click on the quantity box and type the new quantity you require. Once you have typed this new number in you must click the Update link to the right of the screen. Each product has it's own Update link, you have to click the update link beside the quantity box you have altered.
If you wish to completely remove the product from your shopping trolley click on the Remove link to the left of each product name.
After taking either of the steps above the Shopping Trolley will refresh and the cost of the order will be recalculated. Once you are happy with the contents of your Shopping Trolley you can either place more products in your Shopping Trolley by clicking on the Continue Shopping Button or you can finalise your order by clicking the Proceed to Checkout button.
Proceed to the checkout
On this page you enter your delivery and credit card details. Text fields marked with '*' must be filled out or the order cannot be completed. Your order is sent to Vetmedexpress in an encrypted form. This means that only Vetmedexpress staff will have access to your credit card details. Once you have filled out all the required information on the checkout page left click once on the Send Order To Vetmedexpress button, which can be found at the top and bottom of the screen. You will shortly receive confirmation of your order from Vetmedexpress. If you have difficulty in placing an order using this website please feel free to phone Vetmedexpress at Lo-call 1890 22 77 88.
